Throughout his 30 years of experience within investment banking and asset management, Okan Altug has participated in various cross-border LBO, M&A and debt transactions. As the founding partner of Daruma Corporate Finance, he acted as Chairman between 1998-2016, where he was closely involved with the sourcing and facilitation of 300+ strategic and private-equity backed M&A deals along with debt & mezzanine transactions. In 2017 Okan Altug launched Feronia Capital in Canada to provide asset management services . Prior to Daruma, Okan Altug worked at Corporate Finance division of Global Securities (Istanbul) and LBO division of BNP Paribas (NYC). He is a board member of the Royal Conservatory of Music in Canada .He sponsored the worldwide known ,Turkish pianist Fazil Say event at RCM in Toronto. He is a member of Canadian Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (CVCA) and Canadian Turkish Business Council (CTBC).Okan Altug graduated from Saint Michel High School and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Bogazici University and an MBA from Pace University (New York City ).

Axel Goldenberg brings over two decades of extensive experience in the energy sector, specializing in mid-to-downstream natural gas (NG), liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), compressed natural gas (CNG) distribution, logistics, and alternative fuel conversions. His career journey began in 1998 when he co-founded Dem-al Autogas, Turkey's pioneering auto gas station network and conversion franchise firm, together with Demiroren Group of Turkey. Dem-al Autogas significantly impacted the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by facilitating the transition of 4 million cars from petrol to cleaner and cheaper auto gas in Turkey, thus playing a pivotal role in environmental sustainability within the transportation industry. As a visionary green-entrepreneur, Axel founded Naturelgaz in 2005, marking Turkey's debut in the CNG sector together with Calik Holding. In 2011, he forged a strategic partnership with Global Investment Holdings of Turkey, contributing to Naturelgaz's evolution into a public company listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange, after serving for more than 10 years as the CEO. Presently, Naturelgaz stands as the largest CNG firm in Europe and ranks third globally, symbolized by its ticker "NTGAZ.E"Axel's leadership and innovative initiatives at Naturelgaz were instrumental in the development of natural gas legislation, particularly advocating for the virtual pipeline concept to extend to residential areas lacking pipeline infrastructure in Turkey. This transformative advocacy supported utility companies and enabled abandoned residential consumers to access cleaner fuel at equitable pricing, aligning with broader environmental and economic sustainability goals.Beyond his impactful contributions in the energy sector, Axel Goldenberg is also a board member at Thai Leaf Biotechnology in Southeast Asia. He holds a degree from Richmond University, UK, and has been an esteemed member of the Young President Organization (YPO) since 2012. Furthermore, Axel served as a foundational Board member of the Holy Blossom Temple of UJA Canada from 2022 till mid 2024 showcasing his commitment to community engagement and philanthropy.

Alp has over 25 years of experience covering a wide range of advisory and consulting services on project finance, mezzanine and M&A for large, mid-size and smaller firms. He started his career in 1991 at an English-Turkish JV (BeProInt, London). In 1994, Alp became the General Manager and a shareholder of Ark Consultancy, an international management and financing firm with its divisions for investment, finance and business management. He realized projects with international banks, funds, multilaterals (EBRD, IFC, EIB) and ECA's. Since 2015 Alp has developed renewable energy projects with his team, and made investments as angel investor. He acted as the turnaround investor and a Board Member at Hydromx, a firm manufacturing energy-saving fluid and reducing carbon footprint. Alp is acting as a Managing Partner at Simurg Energy Investment Platform (2018) and a Partner at Nuovo Capital (2019). He studied BSc. Chemical Engineering at Middle East Technical University (Ankara) and received his MBA degree from City University (London).
